Why 90s Songs Need More Time To Age
As much as I would love to put 90s songs up there with their counterparts from the 60s, 70s and 80s, I really can’t do it. Perhaps, it’s because the music from that era was not as great. Or perhaps, more time has to go by before we can still comparing 90s music with other classic musical eras. I tend to think the latter.
The new decade that has just begun may be the decade where 90s songs are appreciated and valued just like their counterparts. Only time will tell if this happens. For the time being, we can still listen and enjoy this memorable era of music.
