Looking for Good Customer Service
My car insurance company is jerking me around. I paid my bill and have a receipt. Yet they are saying that the payment I made was for the previous month. I have an appointment with my bank tomorrow to get a record of all payments made to the company. Once I have proven that I am up to date and do not owe them any more money, then I plan to switch companies. My mom says the Internet is a great place to compare car insurance so that is where I plan to start. When a company takes my money, they should provide better customer service than I have received.
