I think that a small business would definitely benefit from a PEO because small companies generally don’t have a lot of money to waste on a human resources department. A professional employee organization can actually take care of all the responsibilities that the human resources department would usually have to be in charge of doing. This saves a small business a ton of money and time, which is extremely important as small companies don’t have a ton of money to throw around. I think that if i ever owned a small business, I would definitely look into outsourcing the management of the human resources responsibilities within my company.
