I am a therapist and purchased this furniture set from UK-office direct for my professional office for work with children. It has a very nice appearance so that when I work with adults, it is not detracting. I am hopeful that it will hold up from the abuse of many children! I was disappointed that the cubby space had several dividers, though. Not one area is big enough to even hold a standard sized piece of paper. It would be better if the whole space was just open to hold whatever you would like. The finish is very nice, although there are areas where it was not fully “covered”. The chairs are very sturdy, which I am very happy about, because I can sit at the table with the child. I am pleased overall and would purchase again.
