Alot of people think that once you get in shape you’re done and can eat/do what ever you want again, that’s a lie. Once you’re in shape you’re new goal is maintain the level of being in shape that you have accomplished. One of the main ways to do this is to know the food you can eat and the food to avoid. The main foods to avoid usually include lots of proccessed sugar and other proccessed sweeteners. However this does not mean that all sweeteners are bad for you. Some natural sweeteners can enhance your food without being detremental to you.
