There are some simple but effective ways that you can follow to lose your weight. Walk as much as you can. Whenever you get a chance to walk, please go for it. Whenever you want to go to the third or fourth floor in a building, do not go by lift. Instead of lift, use the staircase. This is a very good exercise to get rid of tummy fat. Similarly do not go by bike or car to go to nearby places. Go by a bicycle or by walk as these are simple things that everyone can do. However people do not do it thinking it as a waste of time. Please do not think like that, just give a try at least!
