The Soft Night Splint is a “truss-style” plantar fasciitis night splint. This one is excellent for people who sit at a desk in an office all day. I’ll explain why in a moment.

If you don’t know how a night splint works, the idea is that you wear it at night while your plantar fascia is healing. It keeps tension on the plantar fascia while it’s healing overnight so that in the morning, when you step out of bed and put tension on it again, you won’t re-injure the plantar fascia.

Here’s some quick reasons to consider the soft Night Splint:

Hey, it’s soft. That can’t be a bad thing when you’re wearing it all night. It has adjustable elastic bands so you can fit it to your foot size rather than wear something uncomfortable designed for “average,” whatever that means. It’s held on by Velcro straps so it’s quick and easy on and off. Lastly, it’s fold-able! That means you can fold it up and put it in a drawer, slip it under the bed, or put it in your briefcase and take it to work so you can wear it while you sit at your desk.
