One of my New Year’s resolutions is to get in better shape. I don’t need to lose any weight, but I would like to build some muscles and get rid of some flab. It would also be nice to have more endurance. So I’ve started going to the gym three days a week, and on the off days I use my treadmill and ab lounge. I’m also starting to think that I need to take a look at my diet, and possibly start eating healthier. And maybe I should even start taking vitamins! I want to be around for a long time, and taking care of myself is one way to do that.
