Who are the best home builders in Dallas?
Well, fortunately, the Dallas housing market hasn’t taken quite the hit that the rest of the country has taken the past few years. The result, however, is that there are TONS of builders in Dallas from which to choose. How do you know which one is right for your project? My wife and I asked around. We asked people we know and trust, and they all said the same thing. There are a lot of good builders. But try to find one who only works on 2 or 3 projects at a time, so that they can pay full attention to your project. They also said to try to find builders who are cash rich so that they don’t have to rely on construction and bridge loans, which could easily be called in, in this uncertain banking environment. Good advice. This narrowed the field tremendously for us and we’re thinking about using a small outfit called Bella Estates. I’ll keep you posted.
