I got mortgage insurance when me and my wife first bought our house. We had no problems with our house and thought why should we have to be paying when nothing is happening to our life or house. But thankfully we didn’t stop paying our mortgage insurance. I’m thankful that we did not stop paying because one day there was a really rough wind storm which knocked a tree over and fell on top of our garage. It wasn’t a big tree so it cost us very little money because we had our mortgage insurance. Me and my wife are so happy that we kept our insurance.
