Factors to Consider When Buying an Older Home
When inspecting older homes to buy, I am always looking at the structure. Is there cracks in the foundation or on the exterior of the home? Do doors and windows open and shut easily? If not, could mean the foundation has shifted. While most structural repairs sydney can be repaired, I need to know what exactly needs to be done. It factors quite heavily in my purchase of the home. I do not want to turn a home that is sub-par to the buyer, but I don’t want to tie up my resources, financially and time, in a product I might have to sit on.
