They Made us Feel Welcome Here
There is nothing more relaxing than this heated pool. I spent a lot of time in it, after we finished full days of shopping and eating out. The staff always made fresh towels available to us, and we were thrilled with their friendliness. My wife will only book at the durham hotel, because they offer world class hospitality. Everything that we needed was given to us promptly and they always answered the phones in on the first ring. We were able to sleep well in the large and comfortable bed. Our room was beautiful and they made us feel more than welcome.
